Donation of Altar Flowers
If you would like to donate live flowers for the altar for weekend Mass at St. Anne, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:- Contact the Rectory for weekend availability. This can be done by calling (309) 755-5071 or e-mail office@saintanne-em.org .
- Flower arrangement/spray should be 15" high and can be your choice of color and type of flower used. The arrangement/spray will be placed in front of the main altar.
- The person making the donation is responsible for ordering and paying for the arrangement/spray. You may use a florist of your choice although we recommend HyVee in Silvis Floral Department. They are affordable and are used for other flowers that are purchased by the parish. Most arrangements/sprays that size should run $30.00 to $35.00.
- Delivery of the arrangement/spray will need to be made either Thursday afternoon (1pm to 5pm) or during regular office hours on Friday ( 8am to Noon and 1pm to 5pm) so that the Church can be unlocked.
- If you would like acknowledgement of your donation and who it is in memory of placed in the bulletin, please notify the Recrory office of this before 10am on the Monday before your designated weekend. Again, this can be done by either calling (309) 755-5071 or e-mail office@saintanne-em.org .
