them to the planning process and help them understand their

Parish Ministry Leaders explaining the project |
| √ √ | Sep 2011 | Training Sessions held for Parish Core Teams |
| √ √ | Oct / Nov 2011 | Parish Core Teams do their their input gathering
(surveys, townhall meetings etc.) and complete their
Individual Parish evaluation forms |
| √ √ | Dec 2011 | Parish Core Teams join other Teams to form a Clunster
Team Training is held with the Cluster Teams. |
| √ √ | Dec 2011 / Feb 2012 | Cluster Teams complete cluster evaluation and prepare
suggested cluster model(s) along with rationale |
| √ √ | By end of Feb 2012 | Cluster Team final recommendation
is sent to Planning Commission |
| We are here | Mar / Apr 2012 | Planning Commission evaluates the Cluster Team
recommendations and creates their recommendation. |
| May 2012 | Cluster Team reviews Planning Commission recommendation
and provides additional feedback if necessary |

Bishop Jenky |

| Aug / Sep 2012 | Bishop Jenky announces his decisions based on the
Planning Commission recommendations |
